Southam Community Minibus Association was established in 1989 to provide affordable transport for a wide range to organisation and clubs in Southam and the surrounding villages. Our current membership includes Scout Groups, Guide Groups, various junior, youth and senior football teams, Youth Groups, Church groups, Duke of Edinburgh groups, golf societies, cricket clubs, various organisations for senior citizens, Schools and Welfare organisations.

The management committee is completely voluntary and we prefer to draw members from organization that use the bus. The current committee consists of a local business men, a retired teacher and a Scout leaders. Details of the minibus are published in the local media and posters are distributed to all organizations and public establishments. Booking is via Southam public library and the bus is garaged at the Grange Hall car park.

To ensure that the minibus is accessible to as many organizations as possible we keep our hire charges as low as possible, our current charges are £55 per day (£27.50 per half day), however, all youth organizations are half price, £27.50 per day (£17.5 per half day).
